JUNLIY Nougat Production Line is mainly used for producing nougat candy,peanuts nougat,nougat nuts. Nougat Production Line enjoys such advantages as proper structure, good quality, beautiful appearance, safe, sturdy and durable; it can service your job and make better economic benefits.
Nougat Production Line includes five machines: sugar boiling pot,nougat mixer, cooling table,automatic cutting and forming machine, and automatic packing machine.
The forming machine is 18 meters, including feeding part, compressing part, cooling part, separate cutting part and conveyor.It is equipped with 10kW refrigerating system and fan circulation cooling system, cooling is fast.It adopts automatic computer control and advanced design.The parts contact the material are made of food-grade material with elaborate design.It has the advantage of large production, high efficiency, less manpower, less waste, easy operation and maintenance etc.
1. Operating with touch screen, controlled by PLC program, variable frequecy speed control, automatically correct the product parameters, convenient and quick operation.
2. Continuously and automatically feeding, forming, cutting and converying.
3. Optional device: feeder, pneumatic clappers, hopper can be made of nylin or stainlss steel.
4. Less labor, hight output.
