Electrically Heated Sandwich Pot

   Electrically Heated Sandwich Pot usually consists of a pot body and legs.The pot body  of  Electrically Heated Sandwich Pot is a double-layer structure composed of the inner and outer spherical pot bodies, and the middle layer is heated by steam.There are fixed, tilting, mixing and other styles.

  The jacketed kettle of Electrically Heated Sandwich Pot is suitable for mixing, concentrating and decocting the material in pharmaceutical, foodstuff and chemical industry etc.Various kinds of heating modes to be chose, such as steam, gas, electrical  heating conducting oil.

1-Automatic control panel system ,equipped with heat insulation layer.

2-Outside of the kettle , there is heating protection layers and temperature protection layers.

3-The electric heating sandwich pot uses 380V power as the heat source, and the interlayer contains electric heating rods, electric thermocouples and heat transfer oil (self-matching), which can reach up to 320 degrees.

4- Equiped with speed frenquency motor and reducer to adjust freely the mixing stirring speed.

5-The inner pot of Electrically Heated Sandwich Pot using acid heat-resistant austenitic stainless steel manufacturing, equipped with pressure gauge and safety valve.

6-Electrically Heated Sandwich Pot with Material turn Spoon and PTFE scraping bottom Spoon, it realizes non-integral driving ratio between revolution and rotation to avoid dead angle flip mixing, stir evenly, don’t stick the bottom of the pot.

7-Electrically Heated Sandwich Pot  has beautiful outlook, easy installation, and convenient operation, is safe and reliable.
