Automatic Cereal Bar Processing Line

  The Automatic Cereal Bar Processing Line is mainly used for producing different kind of bars with or without chocolate coating. this Automatic Cereal Bar Processing Line is consists of four main sections: cooking and mixing unit; bar forming unit (including sheet forming, caramel depositing, nuts mixing, cooling, sitting and guillotine); automatic chocolate enrobing and cooling unit; automatic conveying and flow packing unit.

a.) Automatic Cereal Bar Processing Line is mainly used to cut the mixed cereals products into required sizes and cool them down.

b.) Cereal Bar Cutting Machine is controlled by two servo which allow it finish the cross cut by one machine.

c.) Strong rollers of Cereal Bar Making Machine make the mixture quite flat and stick to each other tightly, avoid splitting.   

d.)PLC Touch Screen controller box of  Cereal Bar Machine allows operator to set the required cutting length and width in advance, quite simple to operate.

e.) Machine parts which contact the foods of Cereal Bar Making Machine are made of food grade plastic, and the machine body cover is made of stainless steel which is all suitable for food processing safety.
